Born and raised in California, Irma now resides in Riverbank located in the Central Valley with her husband, children and grandchildren. She has consistently been TOP Producer for Keller Williams Realty in Modesto and now owns and manages a TOP Producing Team “Irma Capas, Inc” with production over 100+. Irma has completed the Code of Trust for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and has been involved in organizations such as Master’s Club of CVAR and the local Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Most recently, Irma has been honored to become the Premiere Agent for Seabreeze New Homes and Hacienda Ranch Homes in Stockton, CA.
